Shipping policy

We ship PAN India and take utmost care in delivering your products. We partner with various courier companies, namely Bluedart, Xpressbees and DTDC to reach the maximum number of pincodes in India.  


SHIPPING METHOD

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

Shipping fee of INR 40/- is charged on all COD orders

All prices are inclusive of GST.

 

  • You shall receive email when you place the order on our website and we shall also contact you in case of incorrect shipping information or any discrepancies.

  • We ship all orders within 2 working days and all orders reach the shipping address within a maxim of 5 working days. 

  • Our third party courier partners are able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday 10am to 7pm - excluding Public Holidays.

  • Address change may not be accommodated once the order has been shipped out from our studio or warehouse in khar west, mumbai

  • Email address and correct phone number must be mentioned in each and every order. Incorrect or missing information may lead to your order being cancelled.

  • Order confirmation and order shipped out emails are automated. Should you wish to reach out, please email at thepopulor@gmail.com 

  • Tracking ID is emailed once your order is shipped out. In case you do not receive tracking ID please email and we shall send you the tracking ID. 

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances like a pandemic, floods, earthquakes, landslides, cyclones, tsunamis and forest fires.

  • In case you receive damaged goods please reach out to thepopulor@gmail.com and we will investigate with our shipment partners

  • In case you don't receive your order and it shows delivered please reach out to thepopulor@gmail.com immediately so that we can hold our shipping partners accountable for the same.
